At Petite Keep, we want your treasured keepsakes to be perfect; however, due to the personalized nature of our trunks, we offer returns on non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Review Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original condition and packaging. Please note that custom-monogrammed or personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a return shipping fee, within 7-10 business days.
